The pinion and the crown are cut in the best materials for a quality and an optimal lifespan!
You will choose a bigger pinion or a smaller crown gear for more top speed, and a smaller pinion for more acceleration!
Be careful, a longer chain kit is more difficult to pull, so plan at least an exhaust line and a sport air filter to pull a tooth or two more sprocket. One tooth on the pinion is equivalent to 5 teeth on the crown!
Example :
If your speed in 14X52 teeth is 100 KM / H at 8000 rpm
It will be: 104KM / H in 14X50 teeth at 8000 rpm
It will be: 107.14KM / H in 15X52 teeth at 8000 rpm
It will be: 111.43KM / H in 15X50 teeth at 8000 rpm ....
