Kit 75cc Ø47mm PARMAKIT aluminum air for MBK 88, AV44 ... / motobecane av7 (square)

Here is the kit PARMAKIT 75cc for motobecane / MBK engine av7. With its diameter of 47mm, it offers 72,52cc real in the company of the original race of 41,80mm motor MOTOBECANE AV7, it offers 77,89cc real in combination of the long race 44.9mm RRD to which it lends itself very well. This kit is quite rare and yet well worked. This is clearly the most racing cylinders still available for this engine.

The aluminum cylinder is treated nykasil, the diagrams are revised upwards, it has 4 lateral transfers (at the base, the lateral ones work with the system parmakit 1 in 2 as on the cylinders of MBK 51). A carburetor 19 or 21mm PHBG will clearly not be too much to enjoy this kit.

The admission is also totally revised and enlarged. The piston is in mono-segment to allow the higher revs, it has lateral lubricators to avoid wear and seizures. This kit with its sober and discreet design and its very good performance is really essential!

We recommend with this kit : crankshaft and reinforced bearings (or crankshaft RRD LONG RACE 44.9), cylinder head d.47mm or origin revised and revised, spark plug B9 to B10 according to outside temperature, carburation in 19 or 21mm, exhaust racing relaxation for the better , electronic ignition or racing.

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!

It is also compatible on AV3x and AU3x with AV7 engine. On these models, a difference is obviously visible.

 

*** Attention, on this kit, to obtain a good performance and an optimal compression ratio, it is necessary to wedge the base of at least 1mm, we propose aluminum RRD wedges. Basically, the piston to PMB does not properly transfer and the compression ratio is too high! With a RRD long stroke crankshaft 44.9mm, you will need to put two of our RRD chocks at a minimum and some base seals!

 

** On a variator machine, on some chassis and with some cylinder heads, it may be necessary to cut a piece of fin at the top left rear as this may hinder the good rise of the engine! Check that the motor goes up without any discomfort!
