Description
Polini is bringing back its excellent vintage POLINI G1, an improved EVOLUTION version! This version, originally designed for right-hand mounting on SP, MV, MVL, LM, VOGUE type arms... can potentially be mounted on the left with some adaptation.
WARNING: On SPX / RCX / MVX / CLIP, if installed on the right, the kick system will no longer be usable.
This exhaust features a hand-rolled and welded body made of thin sheet metal. Its dimensions and shape clearly suggest it's designed for high port timings! Although designated G1, it can deliver excellent performance on G2 and G3 type engines with carburetors larger than 15mm and higher port timings than the smaller, air-cooled G1s of the era. It can also produce impressive performance on 70cc cylinders, provided you use port timings of at least 123/183!
The ball joint is machined from a solid block of the finest steel. The female half-ball joint is welded directly onto the exhaust. The silencer is a classic design with a lightweight black casing!
