The ATHENA racing muffler for YAMAHA DT / DTR, ... 4FU engine (does not fit with the 125cc minarelli engine), it fits on the YAMAHA TDR LIGHBURNER but does not fit on the YAMAHA TDR DELTABOX frame (therefore 1993 to 2003). It is a model completely revised and corrected especially for performance. The difference with the original exhaust is obvious! The volume is increased in order to have more torque and power, the body is obviously totally empty and without baffle. The shape and the counter cone are very studied.
Material level it is a high quality refined sheet which designs this pot, this sheet is preformed then assembled via special welds. Silent level in order to reduce the noise of this very powerful exhaust, ATHENA racing has opted for a large aluminum model with a shell outlet! This silencer is obviously filled with silent material. This exhaust will therefore offer a racing noise and very cross but not abusive.
Performance level the gain on a completely original or very equipped machine will still be enormous… This pot will go very well with the ATHENA 170cc or 125cc high engine kit from the ATHENA brand! It comes with the exhaust gasket and the rubber silentbloc to prevent vibration.
