Scooter Racing Malossi exhausts have been designed and produced with one single objective: to achieve higher levels of performance as a complement to the cylinder for which they were developed. Each evolution of Malossi exhaust pipes is the result of studies on fluid dynamics capable of precisely determining the ideal shapes and dimensions of Scooter Racing exhaust pipes.

Only perfect exhaust pipes characterized by ideal production homogeneity can bear the Malossi name. Production technology is in fact a common denominator of all Scooter Racing exhausts, with the one and only difference being the splitting of the cones.

All Scooter Racing exhausts are manufactured from the exact and consistent thickness of 0.8mm, laser cut, precision welded and fitted with a catalyst whose dimensions meet the strict tolerances necessary to guarantee a just pressure inside the exhaust.

The development of Scooter Racing exhausts goes hand in hand with that of Malossi cylinders and, for optimal performance, it is essential to always combine the exhaust with the cylinder for which it was designed.

All Scooter Racing exhausts also feature an aluminum, Nitro blue anodized silencer.

MHR TEAM 3 and MHR BIG BORE Ø52

MHR Team 3 and MHR Big Bore Ø 52 are the NEW names given to the Scooter Racing exhausts intended for Tête Rouge Flanged Mount cylinders, respectively 70 and 94cc and are characterized by a completely new profile of the cones, now directed upwards, for an even more dynamic appearance.

The Malossi engineers obtained a clear increase in power and focused in particular on the curvature of the elbow in order to broaden the field of action and find an effective installation more quickly. The engine speed allowed has increased and its maximum power is approximately 14,100 revolutions per minute for the 70cc, and 13,800 revolutions for the 94cc.

The cylinder attachment system consists of a four-hole connection in light alloy, designed to allow perfect passage of combustion gases, while optimizing fluid dynamics. This solution follows directly from that adopted for the MHR Team 2 exhaust pipes, while it is new for the Big Bore Ø 52 version.

The connection system for the blue anodized aluminum Nitro silencer has also been simplified. It is now connected to the exhaust pipe using an elegant and lightweight system with a single fixing screw.
