Bell assembly + high performance clutch from MALOSSI, for an amximum of acceleration, recovery, and a good duration in time! Excellent balancing for less vibration at peak speed, cooling studied / improved for less heating, clutch that sticks late as it should!

Reinforced clutch for intensive use on the road (Fly Clutch)
And the DC04 steel bell (Clutch Bell) dynamically balanced.

Fly System: two items that Malossi has been producing for a long time and successfully marketed separately.

The new Malossi proposal wants to guarantee superior quality through the coupling of two components that allow the optimization of the operation of the power transmission system to the scooters.

Given the very high demand for these 2 products, it seemed interesting to us to do something requested by our customers by offering them in a package including the 2 products.

This allows Malossi to supply 2 quality products in a single package and this at a slightly lower price.

 

Fly Clutch

Fly Clutch is a centrifugal clutch created to easily overcome extreme uses such as frequent re-acceleration on mountain routes or in urban traffic, when stopping and starting at a red light, with or without a passenger or during hot seasons or it is impossible to keep temperatures under control.

Fly has benefited enormously from the Malossi experience which is the result of intense research and thousands of tests carried out during the various competitions.

Technical characteristics

DC04 mild steel bell obtained by cold pressing;
Central hubs in carbon steel and postponed by means of Tig welding,
Anti-vibration strapping stamped and fixed via 3 welding points 1200 apart from each other;
Balancing carried out at 100% on all production;
Soft nitrided heat treatment.
