For MALOSSI competition machines with variator, proto or Peugeot 103, these housings can also be mounted on mbk 51 by removing the engine support and putting a cylinder head with hook (that of the MALOSSI G2 MBK). These engine housings are integrated support and use the intake size of the DERBI engine, close to the minarelli am6 engine (ideal for installing TPR valves by v.foce, for example, a large diameter pipe and a large carburation) without too much adjustment difficulties. The valves to install normally are the MALOSSI valves reference 274235K with the diffuser 12 440. Several carburetor kits were provided at the time on these engine casings.

Of very high quality and design, they will be able to offer the best performance / strength to your machine. Peugeot 103 cylinders do not pass on these crankcases because the center distance of the studs does not match.


These housings use the between axis studs of MBK 51 (motobecane engines AV10 / AV7) of size between axis 50mm laterally and 43mm for the between front and rear axis. Normally you had to install the high MG engine referenced 31 7812. Nothing prevents you from installing a MALOSSI G2 kit for MBK 51, it would however have to be machined if you use the MG crankshaft because it is a short stroke.


Diameter of the bearing to be fitted: external Ø 47mm (reference 66 5629)

Diameter of the oil seal to install: Ø47mm identical to the bearings or bearing directly jointed externally (reference 66 6520)

maximum thickness of the bearing to be installed: 26mm

You can of course, depending on your project, prototype or machine install angular contact bearing ... and of the desired size, given that the housings are completely open on the bearing, you will have no problems placing and wedging an oblique contact. In addition, it is normally necessary to pose only oblique contact.
