The best solution to prepare your mécaboite is sometimes to prepare your original airbox.
Indeed, it will be much less noisy than a horn and take less water, dust and other foreign objects .... And above all you will have a big reserve of air.
Thanks to this foam TEKNIX , you will be able to take more air thus more performances with the level carburation. This foam mounts in the original air box motorcycles DERBI Super-Motard, Senda, Cross, Enduro, X-trem, X-race, DRD ... and many other machines.
Remember to review your carburetor settings after mounting this type of filter. To prepare an air box, the most appropriate solution is to install a racing foam, and to reopen the air inlet (we generally recommend a 5X10cm entry instead of the 3 small original holes, you can add a grid with 4 screws to prevent something from falling into the box).
