Cutting the throttle can change the power curve, not really high rpm but more specifically pick-up and acceleration. On phbg carburetor there are several cuts:
-the cut 30 degrees
-the cut 40 degrees
Confirmed preparers will appreciate this choice and will be able to fine-tune the cut themselves. We can't claim to have perfect settings without having tried several bushels.
