Here is the thermal group of the Spanish brand BARIKIT, Sport 1 cast iron version very little widespread and yet powerful. This model has 6 lateral transfers and a rear, moreover, it has an oval exhaust significantly widened output Ø28mm (unfortunately not supplied with wedge for passage Ø25mm). With its Ø47mm bore, it offers no less than 71.98cc real racing origin 39.00mm.
To maintain good strength, BARIKIT used very good quality cast iron materials and installed a bi-segment piston. The admission is made by 7 transfers, the 2 X 3 side greatly improve the filling of the admission.This architecture is very worked and offers a lot of performance, its internal finish is very good too.
The bi-segment solid aluminum piston will be a major asset in the torque, the strength of the engine and the slowdown of high speeds by increasing friction, these two segments are moderately thin (1.5mm), they are made of non-chromium steels.
The cylinder head is a simple monoblock model (one part) in aluminum with frustoconical combustion chamber, high compression, polished finish. The latter is mounted on O-ring at the joint plane and provides with screws and antifreeze.
Unlike the Sport 2 thermal unit, which has a single-piece hemispherical cylinder head with a carburizing plug directly installed on the cylinder head, the O-ring used at the joint plane is also different.
In summary, this high complete engine is a model with diagrams optimized for the couple, it is of course relatively powerful and especially very solid. Nothing prevents you to put it with a long stroke plus a suitable shim under the cylinder to develop a cast iron kit in supercharged upper capacity and out of common.
We recommend mounting this kit with at least: 19 or 21 mm carburettor with flexible mounting, complete intake kit, racing exhaust, reinforced crankshaft, reinforced bearings, Iridium racing cold spark plug, 100% synthetic racing engine oil ....

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
