Here is the first 80cc kit price of Spanish house AIRSAL, the model that we call sport dual-segment, this kit is also available in luxury with VERTEX piston mono-segment at a price of 177 euros with us! This kit has certainly a cheap yet a good quality and present performance.
Its diameter of 50mm still offers 76,57 cc real combination of the normal course of CPI 50cc engine so 39mm. In relation to the mono-segment model, it will offer more torque (it feels barely) but more durability and less high speeds, the piston of the other model is a luxury AIRSAL a single segment, it is a TECH luxury but with side mounted nipples. The diagrams have a good ratio torque / high speed (around 187/131/130 °), coupled to this large diameter 50mm we recommend this cylinder with a good configuration anyway! A good racing exhaust, a 24mm minimum carburetion to operate well, a crankshaft and bearings reinforced ... The finish is really good for such a price. The plunger is chrome bi-segment model bulging hard, it has side oilers. The cylinder head is a high-compression chamber is incoming to have good alignment chamber / cylinder and a good performance head gaskets.
The room is a polished hemispheric model. This cylinder head allows you to reconnect if desired antifreeze on your carburetor. This cylinder comes with 2 joints of base plate to put the desired squish. Clearly this cylinder is really a superb quality / price / performance ratio! It will certainly be less effective than MALOSSI MHR, BIDALOT, or POLINI because its distribution, its canals, the study, the venturi exhaust ... are relatively limited, it is a al'identique nykasil scanimet, has the incomparable nykasil hard ceramic or plasma! But there will already very efficient, especially for those who do not want a kit complex and difficult to talk. A good trainer will also draw quite astounding performance. We recommend at least: 24mm carburetor with prepa boite a air + slices valves 0.30mm / 0.35mm, exhaust racing, reinforced crankshaft and bearings, cold candle racing ... Attention, this cylinder has a release date Ø28mm exhaust and is delivered without shim exhaust to 25mm, if you have a muffler in Ø25mm you need a bilge exhaust. We recommend in any case a Ø28mm output.
