This high engine 70cc MALOSSI MHR TEAM 2 is an authentic concentrate of performance thanks to its design, its study, its architecture and the elements which accompany it. Its aluminum cylinder is nikasil treated with specific heat treatment.
Even before the cylinder went through this stage, it had the chance to pass into the hands of a preparer from the MALOSSI MHR factory, as much to tell you that on the market we are not doing better today!!! Excellence has a price, but its reworked diagrams, the care that has been taken in it will make you think more than once.
It has an excellent finish and is equipped with 7 large admission transfers largely revised upwards with a huge bar exhaust.
The piston is a mono-segment model with a diameter of Ø47.6mm favoring high speeds (reduction of friction), equipped with its fine domed chrome segment, reinforced C clips and its 13mm axis. The piston has been created in the best materials to guarantee good resistance to hot and temperature changes with an external graphite coating for an even lower coefficient of friction.
Finally, a top-of-the-range stud cylinder head that will guarantee maximum reliability, optimization of cooling...
Made of aluminum, it attaches directly to the cylinder for better heat exchange. Its combustion chamber is high compression with an extreme finish.
Delivered 100% complete as presented. A machining of the casings will be essential for the passage of the cylinder with a MALOSSI crankshaft only. With set of gaskets to make the squish, studs, accessories, screws...
We recommend accompanying this high engine with at least:
-A minimum Ø21mm carburation
- An admission kit
- A racing exhaust
-An ultra-reinforced crankshaft ( MALOSSI brand mandatory to be able to mount it)
-Reinforced bearings
-Racing cold candle
- 100% synthetic racing engine oil
-A wide range variation
-A racing ignition
- A serious assembly as well as a meticulous and followed break-in
As an option, we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
