Kit 70cc Ø47mm cast iron TOP PERFORMANCES for PEUGEOT air before 2007 (buxy, tkr, speedfight ...)

Here is the 70cc TOP PERFORMANCES cast iron kit, this one is made with a good quality "MINACROM" treatment. It has 5 transfers. Its admission as well as its diagrams are reworked allowing an excellent engine torque. The transfers and the exhaust are fine-tuned by hand in the Top performance factory.

 

 

The VERTEX Ø47mm piston with a high silicon content has a surface treatment with "Molybdenum disulphide" as well as a small preparation on the rear skirt and on the sides for a better opening at PMB and better scanning. In addition, it is in two-segment 1.5mm thick, these are reinforced, hard chrome and curved which allows good acceleration.

 

 

Its cylinder head has a high compression chamber, tapered and smooth finish. It is one of the most resistant and torquey kits in its category thanks to its normal exhaust and the quality of its surface treatment. We recommend it to those who want very torquey equipment while having a certain solidity in order to do a lot of kilometers.

 

 

We recommend it with at least : reinforced crankshaft and bearings, racing D.19mm carburetion, racing exhaust, cold spark plug, sport variator and 100% synthetic oil.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
