Homologated on the public highway, respects the regulatory displacement of 50cc.

Here is an excellent high-performance 50cc aluminum kit for mécaboite Minarelli AM6, it is the BARIKIT Racing model with a single segment piston with a bore diameter Ø40.30 mm. This aluminum model therefore offers a regulatory 50cc of power to be in order and to circulate every day, solid thanks to the aluminum alloys used. With its high compression cylinder head with incoming stud to optimize alignment with the cylinder and increase engine compression.



Its aluminum cylinder therefore has 5 intake transfers including 1 at the rear and 4 at the side. Its admission has been reworked, we also recommend fitting a 19mm PHBG carburetor on the cylinder or even 21mm if you slightly rework the admission, the exhaust outlet is also significantly improved thanks to a bar outlet. Diameter of the exhaust outlet Ø28 mm, shim for passage to a diameter Ø25 mm not supplied.



An architecture very well studied for this small aluminum thus offering performance, improved high speeds compared to the original model, especially coupled with the good compression ratio offered by the tapered combustion chamber, polished finish of the cylinder head. A kit of screws and fittings is also provided, as presented in addition to the attached pack with two base gaskets of different thickness to polish your squish.



This kit does not neglect the torque but favors high engine performance, its strength is not altered with its resistant single-segment piston which goes perfectly with this cylinder that goes without saying, a resistant chrome end segment favoring the rise in regime, thickness of the latter 1 mm.



For a very correct price, you will have a high engine respecting the 50cc displacement and offering well-felt performance! An excellent base of preparation also for the more connoisseurs wishing to have fun every day or to circulate on the circuit. The cooling system is also improved thanks to the well-designed cylinder head, with a partly studded bolt at the same time and the aluminum alloys used.

We advise you to accompany this high engine with at least: 19 mm carburetion, intake pipe in flexible assembly, reinforced crankshaft and bearings for the best and start again on a completely new engine and without problems, new racing spark plug, 100% engine oil synthesis, relaxation exhaust ....

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
