This is one of the biggest kit for HONDA MBX 80cc, 80cc R MTX and NSR R 80cc liquid-cooled. An effective solution and unprecedented to give a helping performance to your bike. 
Under the brand ATHENA Racing (ATHENA is none other than the EUROCILINDRO group, one of the largest high-end foundry Italy), this kit consists of a cylinder coating and processing high quality aluminum, of a two-segment piston, joints and accessories. It comes without cylinder head. With its diameter of 55mm, it offers all the same 110cc real! 
This is not all, it has 8 transfers with power and big admission! 6 side and 2 rear bar. Its architecture and finishing are obviously very very good, its exhaust outlet is significantly improved and enlarged standard oval shape. 
The piston is a VERTEX top model in bi-segments, it favors the couple low speeds but at higher accelerations ... high speeds will also be present sounds obvious. Featuring a light preparation on its rear side skirt with effective grease. Segments have a thickness of 1.5mm by 55mm diameter. 
Of course delivered 100% complete as shown with connection for cooling, exhaust 2 threaded studs, high-quality aluminum cylinder 8 transfers, dual-piston VERTEX segments, reinforced engine gaskets pack ...
We recommend to accompany this high-performance engine with very minimum: a cold candle racing, carburetion adapted and expanded oil racing 100% mandatory synthesis, an exhaust racing to release ever this little monster, a reinforced crankshaft and bearings .. .
Optional we offer a preparation course 1, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the charts and improvement of the duct, it increases the cylinder performance. Improved piston and bottom skirt is also included in the amendment. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
