Here is the cylinder AIRSAL delivered complete without the cylinder head and without the joints (as on our picture).
Nicasil treated aluminum cylinder kit, made in spain and bi-segment piston with 1.5mm thick segments, muffler studs, clips, axle ... To be accompanied by a gasket set like the P400420600080 from ATHENA or complete engine pouch P400420850080.
This kit is for the 75 and 80cc 2T engines of PEUGEOT and HONDA old scooters. Its diameter is 48mm, its piston pin is 12mm, it is intended for a crankshaft stroke of 44mm. We also have new crankshaft under reference ATHENA 079514 for these engines.
This kit passes 75cc engines in 80cc, and preserves the same displacement on the 80cc, but it offers more performances thanks to diagrams more pushed! Recommended with a sport exhaust like the TURBOKIT R0034, a carburation of 21 to 25mm, a sport variator!
In option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
