Here is the AIRSAL luxury 50cc kit in Ø40mm diameter for PEUGEOT air scooter before 2007. This kit in comparison to the original will offer you additional performance, a good balance between torque and longevity and will be above all an ideal kit to start over with new lower cost.
Indeed, it has an intake with 5 improved transfers, a normal exhaust outlet with a very good finish, its diagrams are good but we must not forget this kit is mainly intended to roll in full compliance with the legislation in force and for technical control. It comes complete. This model is made of high quality nikasil treated aluminum.
It is accompanied by a mono-segment piston with a fine segment thus improving high revs, reducing friction. The piston has lateral grease fittings and a preparation on the skirt for better sweeping. Clearly, this cylinder will allow you to start on excellent bases more powerful than the original with new equipment, while combining reliability / quality / performance / attractive price! Excellent for everyday riding.

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement in the piston and bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
