Cylinder / piston without cylinder head 50cc Ø41mm BARIKIT cast iron for motorcycle SUZUKI 50cc RMX and SMX

Here is an excellent small 50cc cast iron kit for SUZUKI SMX and RMX 50cc, it is the BARIKIT cylinder in Ø41mm bore. This cast iron model therefore offers a regulatory displacement of 50cc of torque and power to be in order and to circulate every day, solid thanks to the cast iron alloys used.



Its cast iron cylinder therefore has 6 intake transfers + 2 bottom filling for filling the bottom engine and the sides. Its admission is reworked, we also advise to mount a 17.5mm PHBG carburetor on the cylinder or 19mm if you rework the admission slightly, the fixing diameter for the sleeve of the intake pipe is Ø27 mm.



This cylinder has an oval exhaust port like the original, with well-worked diagrams for a small cast iron thus offering light performance and a much improved recovery. This kit does not neglect torque and solidity with its well-designed two-segment piston with two side grease nipples and a skirt identical to the original, two segments favoring the torque but also the rise in speed due to the smoothness of the latter ( 1 mm).



The major advantage of this set is its relatively low price, you will have a powerful, torquey and very solid engine! A very good basis of preparation also for the more connoisseurs wishing to have fun every day or to circulate on the circuit.

We advise you to accompany this high engine with at least : original cylinder head or BARIKIT high compression, 17.5 mm carburetion, flexible sleeve, crankshaft and reinforced bearings for the best and start again on a completely new engine without problems, new racing spark plug, 100% synthetic engine oil ....

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
