Ideal for safe and solid refurbishment. Here is the very good 50cc Ø40 mm kit from DR. This cylinder / piston without cylinder head is installed on motor scooter PIAGGIO and GILERA. It is of good quality and the finish is clean, its stroke is original 39.3 mm, its actual displacement is 49.3cc. Compared to a high original engine, it is relatively more efficient on condition of a perfect assembly and in the rules.



The cylinder is the famous model in "minacrom" cast iron (added to the chrome) for more robustness with high temperature black paint for the aesthetic side. Equipped with 5 admission transfers and an oval / normal exhaust. Its diagrams are worked to obtain an optimal solidity, combining torque and improved times. Accompanied by a dual segment piston with a high silicon content (more resistant), with 2 chrome segments 1.2 mm thick. Domed piston head for more compression and side grease nipples! We regret that it is delivered without cylinder head but can be fitted with the original cylinder head or high compression for more performance.



Delivered as presented with cylinder, base gasket, bi-segment piston, 2 segments, clips, axle, instructions .... You will understand, this small kit is an excellent replacement model at the origin which will make you slightly gain in performance with an excellent quality / price ratio!

When assembling this cylinder, we recommend that you accompany it with at least: original cylinder head or for the best high compression cylinder head, 100% synthetic engine oil, carburetion from 17.5mm to 19mm, racing exhaust, spark plug B9ES ...



As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
