Here is the magnificent kit from ATHENA called sport. This 70cc kit with a diameter of 47.6mm with a 12mm axle is made with the most high-end aluminum on the market.

 

 

It really allows maximum strength while keeping a reasonable price. This kit is equipped with a normal cylinder head and a 1mm mono-semgent piston to have as little friction as possible and therefore easier to reach the highest revs.

 

 

These diagrams are very well worked, seen upwards with an almost perfect finish. Clearly this kit is an excellent performance gain without neglecting reliability.

 

 

The whole RRD team was pleasantly surprised to see this kind of kit with such a good finish all for a low price.

 

We recommend accompanying this kit with at least: 21mm carburetion, reinforced crankshaft (original stroke) with 12mm axle, reinforced bearings, ignition holding the towers (minimum original improved with box), racing exhaust, cold racing spark plug ...

 

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
