This model is the biggest, with its Ø52mm, 44mm stroke (rod 85mm) it offers no less than 93.44cc real torque and power! POLINI surprised us enormously with this high engine ... Between the kit, the pot and the crankshaft without even mentioning the admission ...

POLINI hits hard in this series named BIG EVOLUTION! This cylinder preserves the magnificent cooling system of the well-known evolutions ... Named CLOSED DECK. The cylinder is a really worked model.

It has 6 admission transfers and a huge model exhaust bar. To better release the power of this monster, POLINI has reviewed the exhaust duct on the rise with a good venturistaion, the exhaust now comes specifically with a large flange 3 screws (delivered with the exhaust). The piston is a mono-segment model, reinforced light alloy, POLINI logo ...

The cylinder head is also very specific with its cooling system CLOSED DECK, quenching, external and internal machining ... Really impressive in both performance and aesthetics!

In addition, a lot of accessories are delivered to you like the bolts of nuts, the studs lengthened, the joints to make the squish, the arrivals of water machined in mass ....

Reminder : bore Ø52mm, for stroke 44mm / connecting rod 85mm, diagrams 192/129 °, compression ratio 15: 1. You will obviously need to be machined in the housing to put this cylinder! We have greatly depreciated the finish and the small tricks as centering pins breech automatically posed.

We recommend at least to accompany this kit : crankshaft POLINI evolution race 44mm connecting rod 85mm , variator POLINI EVOLUTION 9 rollers with its wide range corrector, carburation 28mm (MIKUNI TM, VHST ...) with valves BIG EVOLUTION, exhaust BIG EVOLUTION , extra reinforced bearings ...

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
