A novelty from the great Spanish brand ITALKIT and finally available with us, the competition has only to behave. This ultra complete 75cc engine pack mounts on mécaboite driving DERBI euro 3 and euro 4, it is the high engine used for the 75cc racing pack. This set will offer you all the power you are looking for to distinguish you during competition and win first place. To accompany the ITALKIT crankshaft with celeron bearings in 42.00 stroke and 90mm connecting rod. In combination with the 42 stroke, the actual displacement is of 74.70cc.



The cylinder is in aluminum alloy and has a specific heat treatment and an internal coating in niquel / silica and external chrome, giving it all its strength and reliability. 'admission, 2 shaped boosters and finally the impressive exhaust outlet by its shape and size to such an extent that the outlet diameter has been revised upwards.



In addition, the cooling has also been completely revised and corrected in order to offer the best possible heat exchange and at the same time to obtain a significant performance gain, in fact the less an engine runs out of steam and heats up and the more performance. To accompany this cylinder, a cylinder head with a competition stud! Top-of-the-range model, specially designed to offer maximum compression. The cylinder head stud is mounted on an O-ring, the combustion chamber is hemispherical in shape and has a very successful polished finish, smooth and clean as well as an improved chamber volume to 5.50cc.



The Ø47.6mm piston is not chosen at random, it is a single segment model from ITALKIT with graphite treatment. In other words, very high quality material whose reputation / quality is well established. This piston is therefore equipped with a fine chrome segment 0.80 mm thick, thus promoting revving. Thanks to the graphite treatment, its shapes and its composition, this piston has been very well designed and studied in order to offer better thermal expansion, agreeing at the same time perfectly with this cylinder to withstand straightforward times, sudden changes of speed and prolonged endurance on the circuit.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
