Here is a high performance intake kit from ITALKIT (official GILARDONI) for your ROTAX engines equipping the ARILIA RS 125cc or even the ROTAX engine KARTING! As usual, ITALKIT brought us out of the heavy at an affordable price. Perfectly adapted to a carburetor of 30 to 36mm with a male carburetor (entering) in fixing diameter 40 to 44mm!

This kit has an 8-blade valve box (V FORCE style), a molded aluminum diffuser as well as a maximum Ø36mm intake pipe perfectly suited to the Viton rubber assembly in order to avoid emulsions by erasing at best the engine vibrations so as not to transmit them to the carburetor! The box has special glass fiber slats called black KARBONIT with a thickness designed to favor power without losing torque thanks to the 8 slat system (4 inside and 4 outside) called double V. The valve box is it also adhered to viton rubber to allow the perfect sealing of the slats as well as a soft closing of the slats repelling their wear!

The whole is obviously removable and the intake pipe as the slats are in separate! This very complete kit is delivered to you with a crankcase gasket against the valve box! A very good performance gain, whether in low or high speed thermal baths, is obtained thanks to this complete gearbox with intake pipe!
