Here is the 125cc complete cylinder / piston kit of the great brand ITALKIT Competition for 125cc 2-stroke ROTAX 122 engine, aprilia RS, AF1, EUROPA, PEGASO, ... and other models. This kit original type very well improved from ITALKIT offers a real power gain in comparison to the origin and preserves a very good strength, a diameter of 54mm for the piston VERTEX is a cylinder of origin 125cc.



The cylinder is an aluminum model with well-designed architecture and canals. It has specific, well-designed intake transfers and a large valve-shaped, oval-shaped / widened exhaust system.The valve exhaust system is identical to the original, the valve is not supplied with this cylinder. you will have to take back the original part.



The aluminum alloys used are excellent and will ensure the reliability and durability of your engine, provided a perfect fit and without burr. This cylinder is accompanied by a high-end VERTEX piston with specific heat treatment. Its 2 thin segments of thickness will favor the frank revisions, the rise in mode but without neglecting the speed with high revs for their finesse.



Thanks to the treatment, its forms and its composition, this piston has been very well designed and studied in order to offer a better thermal expansion, agreeing at the same time perfectly with this cylinder to support the frank revisions, sudden changes of the diets and prolonged use.

We recommend it with at least : a relaxation exhaust, a carburation of minimum 30mm (bushel flat will fit perfectly), original cylinder head. If your engine is prepared, or old, we recommend to change the crankshaft, by the way do not hesitate to ask a reinforced rod kit. A set of rigid flaps of carbon valves will also be welcome to exploit the right schemes.



In option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!

This model 122 (unlike 123) does not need to change the position of the valve to install a pneumatic valve! The hole is already done! In any case, on the ITALKIT models, all the ROTAX cylinders have the hole!
