New in 2014 and extremely rare, here is the unique and complete 74cc engine with a diameter 47mm bore, an unbeatable quality / price ratio well known by the famous Spanish brand AIRSAL. This set will be ideal for your DERBI Variant moped and thus obtain a high performance gain compared to a 50cc kit or original engine.

 

The cylinder diameter 47mm was designed and made in the best alloys of aluminum with a treatment nikasil thus offering its solidity. Just like the original cylinders or other brands, this engine is recognizable thanks to the fins and a very specific mold. The finish and its architecture are smooth and clean.

 

Equipped with 6 transfers of admission of which 4 laterals and 2 in the back, of an exhaust of rectangular shape revised on the rise accompanied by 2 boosters. The general cooling of the engine will also be improved thanks to the materials used, offering better heat dissipation and therefore more performance.

 

The piston is a two-segment AIRSAL model with two large lateral grease nipples, it will offer you all the necessary torque during your rework and acceleration (increased friction) without neglecting the high speeds thanks to the two thin segments chrome. The latter is of course provided with axle and piston clips.

 

Let's talk a little about the breech, delivered naked without decompressor, it will offer a surplus of performance accompanied by its cylinder. A rare and unique version that the brand AIRSAL offers here. High compression model with hemispherical chamber, polished finish. Light and fully aluminum, the heat exchange will be significantly improved too. Parts being more and more rare, this kit is of course delivered complete as shown in photo.

 

We advise you to accompany this high engine with at least : carburation in flexible assembly 19 or 21 mm for the better, cold candle racing, crankshaft and reinforced bearings always for the best and to avoid any breakage of the low engine, engine oil 100% synthesis racing ....

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the bottom of skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
