Engine pack 70cc POLINI Ø45mm with RRD long stroke crankshaft for YAMAHA CHAPPY

We offer you an RRD PACK composed of choice parts! The advantage of this PACK is that it will cost you less but will still meet your expectations in terms of performance!

It therefore contains:

- 1 kit 65cc Ø45mm in cast iron increased to 70cc thanks to the long race with its seals, its piston (segments, axis, circlips).

An ideal kit to increase the performance of your machine, preserve solidity, increase torque, recovery and top speed. Of course, this has nothing to do with an original cylinder. This one has 6 intake transfers with well-worked channels and an enlarged oval exhaust. This cast iron cylinder will guarantee you excellent engine strength compared to a more picky and fragile aluminum cylinder over time. Its fins are specific and optimized for engine cooling and better heat dissipation.

It is unfortunately delivered without cylinder head, you can use the original one, taking care that its surface is correctly smooth, planned, clean.

- 1 cylinder block / 2mm aluminum base gasket , ideal for laying long races and thus increasing its diagrams.

- 1 reinforced 42mm long stroke crankshaft , designed to deliver maximum performance and hold the highest revs.

The mass is super light and ultra reinforced with specific crankshaft balancing for the average piston weights of large kits, calculated on an average POLINI ...

The ultra-reinforced machined connecting rod placed on a 16mm diameter crank pin, ultra-reinforced head and foot cage, improved lubrication of the feet and heads.

The ignition thread is a standard "right-hand pitch", it is not necessary to modify the original casing and to mill to fit the crankshaft!!!

- 1 kit of bearings + crankshaft oil seals , high quality manufacturing for perfect sealing of your engine!

As an option we offer you a STAGE 2 preparation, it consists in preparing the cylinder specifically for the long RRD stroke or a normal stroke according to your request, with an increase in the diagrams including admission to 127 / 129 / 189°, an improvement channels and the whole cylinder.
