Here is the brand new 50cc DOPPLER kit called Vortex for DERBI Euro 3 which is the evolution of ER1. First of all let's start on the design, as can be seen it does not look like any other high engine. The mold is totally different which is not unpleasant to see, on the contrary it will allow you to distinguish yourself from others. The cooling is obviously improved thanks to the new architecture!

 

This kit is very high quality aluminum, a high-end nykasil treatment to give you maximum strength. Then the exhaust is a bar model like most competition models, the intake transfers are 5 and they are redesigned for more performance / better filling. We prefer a simple but effective system that a complex system has 6, 7 or 8 transfers often fragile and rather commercial!

 

  The cylinder head is a polished hemispherical model with the studied shape that will ensure optimal combustion. This cylinder head allows you if desired to reconnect the antifreeze on your carburetor. This cylinder head provides excellent compression ratio.

 

The piston is a model VERTEX, very high quality and silicon content accompanied two chromed segments 1mm thick to push the maximum in the high speeds (friction reductions) while maintaining a good torque. Doppler recommends a burn-in of 300kms and use DOPPLER racing 2t or IPONE STROKE 2R at 2.5% with unleaded 98 super.

 

 

In summary this kit will make you gain in performance without neglecting the solidity . It will be excellent for the road and the competition. We really appreciated the very worked channels on this vortex model ....


We advise to accompany this kit with at least : reinforced crankshaft, bearings, reel of reeling, racing exhaust, valves racing and carburation 17,5mm minimum 21mm to exploit well, candle B9 or B10, alignment of transfers cylinder / housings recommended!

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
