Kit 50cc Ø40mm FURYTECH cast iron (10mm axis) minarelli horizontal liquid (nitro, aerox, ...)

Here is the very last born of the house FURYTECH RACING for horizontal liquid minarelli motor scooter (nitro, aerox, ...). This is the RS10 PRO (standard not carbon). This cylinder combines several nice parameters! Performance / homologation / low price and finally design (aesthetic).



With its diameter of Ø40.20mm, this kit respects the limit cylinder in France of 50cc. The performances are still present, the intake diagrams have been greatly increased, we will also recommend it with a 19 or 21mm carburetor to use it properly, the intake transfers are 5 in number.



The exhaust diagram has also been greatly increased, this exhaust remains a simple exhaust (which we also recommend on cast iron for longevity). The finish is quite good (it's still a small cast iron, we are far from the quality / finish of aluminum MALOSSI MHR TEAM or BIDALOT 50cc).



The piston is a luxury model with double segment to preserve torque and strength, this piston is also equipped with side grease nipples. The cylinder head features a hemispherical high compression polished combustion chamber. Clearly, this kit will give you a lot of high revs and power without neglecting the torque, we were even quite astonished by all of this for such a low price.



The finish is really superb. The style is very present. This specific paint will hold without problems on condition of course not to scratch it… Put it suddenly… In short, a superb cylinder.
The cast iron is of good quality, you will not have to align your crankcases or put a reinforced crankshaft (depending on your equipment with this kit).



We recommend to accompany this kit with: carburetion from 19 to 21mm, racing exhaust, preparation of the original airbox with carburetion adjustment, valves thickness 0.30mm or 0.35mm.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
