Here are the valves DOPPLER ER2 for Peugeot 103, these valves are improved in relation to the origin, especially at the level of the slats which is thicker (0.35mm) and which allows you to achieve better power regimes (it enters in resonance frequency later). These valves are also enlarged at the intake inlet, the blade is passed in mono.
They have an aluminum base, the slat change is simple, disassembly via 2 Phillips screws. We will regret that they are not plasticized or vulcanized and that the slat stop is not drilled to avoid mas gas! We will still prefer to polini at the level of the stop lamelle, or even better the MALOSSI who have a stop lamelle studied, a reclined inclination and a plastic material allowing to damp the closure ...
