Here is the TOP RACING house crankshaft for YAMAHA 125cc 2-stroke engine which equips the TZR, DT, TDR, DT… from 1988 to 2004 kick start only !!!. Attention, do not mount on the DTRE, DTR, DERBI GPR, GILERA SC ...! (the electric starter versions have a crankshaft with a different length and a different cone on the ignition side, barely visible on the picture) . This crankshaft is manufactured by a very large vilo and gearbox brand, JASIL in Portugal. Before purchase please refer to the photo because it is contractual and real.
This crankshaft is ideal to start afresh but also to strengthen the low engine after the installation of a kit for example. This crankshaft is improved compared to the origin, fuller masses are present for more pre-compression, the balancing is well cared for, with specific plug.
The connecting rod and the cages are reinforced, the lubrication improved to prevent heating and seizing. In addition, it is cut from the best steels with an assembly worthy of the name. At such a price, this product is really at the top! Obviously, the original YAMAHA crankshafts are also of excellent quality, and you can be satisfied with a change of connecting rod on the original part, it is however necessary to count the price of the connecting rod (generally more than 100 €) and labor (generally in the 100 € also). The choice of changing the complete crankshaft is therefore judicious!
It is therefore ideal because it attenuates the vibration thanks to its balancing, allows additional performances thanks to its masses, and it especially makes it possible to reinforce the low engine. The connecting rod rests on anti-friction wedges.
