Modification of original variator MALOSSI VARPLUS for MBK 51 / motobecane AV10 / AV7

A very interesting variator modification from MALOSSI, it is recommended with a small VARIOBLOCK if possible. For the less fortunate, or those who want to preserve the aesthetics of the original variator as well as the clutch so as not to be in direct drive (without clutch) while having performance this VARPLUS from MALOSSI comes to complete the range of malossi variators.

 

It is in fact simply the mobile pulley which will be retouched, it will go from the original balls to an aluminum cage with 6 rollers which offers a much better support, a more longitudinal rise therefore a very correct performance gain. The cheek is revised at the level of the angle for a better rise, moreover, this VARPLUS will gain you around 5mm of range thus a gain of top speed also guaranteed. Clutch pulleys are rare, so this variator becomes very interesting for acceleration! It comes with instructions and sets of rollers for the settings.
