Exhaust TK TURBO KIT for QUAD GOES 50

It is an exhaust in hydroformed steel jail, welded then varnished, the volumes are studied in order to obtain more power (ideal on a model with variator which does not exploit the low modes of all the ways). It has a high quality satin anodized black aluminum silencer!

 

 

It also offers a very good weight saving compared to the original exhaust! On the design side, it is also a nicer model than the original. The exhaust is obviously varnished in order to protect the exhaust from rust!




Note that TK alias TURBO KIT SL is a Spanish exhaust manufacturer since 1966. Although not very widespread in France, Belgium and Luxembourg due to the relatively high price of the products, it is a very well known brand, all the products are tested on a test bench for maximum performance, the materials used are European and the manufacturing techniques too, which makes them quality equipment!

 

 

To considerably increase the performance of a GOES 50cc 2T quad, you need a lot of parts, the reason is simple, fairly heavy quad, 4 wheels to drive, small scooter type engine!

 

We recommend with this muffler, an adjustment of the carburetor (minimum +15 to +20 points in relation to the original main jet, normally DELLORTO large 6mm pitch ), a preparation of the original airbox to open larger the air intake, a sport variator like the MALOSSI , and why not a good kit like the TOP NOIR . As a result, performance can be further improved with ignition parts, carburetion ... And we can play on top speed with the transmission.
