An ideal intake pipe because it can take a lot of carburetors and is changeable!
An intake pipe has flange mounting 2 screws between shaft 52mm holes for Ø6,80mm studs. You can mount your carburetor PHBG RIGID from 18 to 21mm on the first part in Ø24mm or place a flexible sleeve. You can also cut this part, from the you can put a flexible sleeve in Ø34 / 35mm and position a carburetor of 25mm PHBG, PHBL ... 
By preparing the pipe it gives you room to go up to 30mm in internal diameter so a 30mm carburetor.
