Ignition MALOSSI MHR internal rotor without lighting for PIT BIKE 4T engine LIFAN

In view of the powers of this ignitions, it is obviously inerdit on public roads.

 

The new Malossi ignition is a concentrate of the highest technologies used in scooter, cross and speed competitions. The new internal rotor ignition has been designed to solve the problem of the technical limits of the original ignition groups : in fact, beyond 10,000 revolutions / minute, they are no longer able to ensure stability necessary
in terms of performance, posing major problems in the development of competition equipment, sometimes insurmountable.

To solve this problem, Malossi opted for a radical solution: the development of an electronic box with internal rotor guaranteeing a stability of performances up to 16.000 revolutions / minutes, thus eliminating all the problems posed by the groups of ignition original.

 

The control unit is equipped with an adjustable speed limiter to prevent breakage.

To access the limiter unscrew the 4 screws of the housing by turning the trimmer with a screwdriver it is possible to move the limiter from 11.600 to 13.000 revolutions or to remove it completely. Each click corresponds to 100 turns.

 

This kit contains :

High voltage coil
- Capacitive discharge.
- Very high efficiency.
- Constant discharge voltage of 30,000 volts up to 20,000 rpm

 

Rotor-stator group
- Internal rotor with permanent magnetos Ø 58 mm dynamically balanced, with low energy absorption.
- The stator is a current generator sealed by a shockproof injection of insulating and impermeable resin.
- Additional inertia flywheel in non-magnetic stainless steel Ø 94.5 mm.
