Cylinder / piston without cylinder head 50cc Ø41mm AIRSAL aluminum for motorcycle SUZUKI 50cc RMX and SMX

The 50cc AIRSAL kit offers you performance / strength and this for a really ridiculous price! Made in Spain, this cylinder has 6 intake transfers with improvement at the bottom of the skirt for better filling of the lower engine and therefore of the sides which are fed by the latter. It is made of nikasil treated aluminum and also has a bar exhaust (in 2 parts).

The diagrams are also slightly improved compared to the origin to provide the best torque / power ratio. The ideal is to accompany this 50cc kit with a 21mm PHBG carburetor, a racing exhaust and why not a high compression cylinder head + B9 ES spark plug, let's not forget good carburetion settings with a prepared air box! The cylinder is designed to receive a 21mm carburetor with a flexible Ø25 to 27mm fixing sleeve on the cylinder side and Ø25mm on the carburetor side.

 

Apart from that, the piston is a two-segment model including one chrome, it has side grease nipples for better longevity. This high engine kit will also be an excellent base for preparers. Attention, if this cylinder is really well prepared, with 21mm carburetion, racing exhaust, ignition…. A reinforced crankshaft and bearings will be highly recommended!

 

 

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
