Kit 70cc Ø47,6mm AIRSAL SPORT aluminum for scooter Peugeot air before 2007 (buxy, tkr, speedfight ...)

Here is a version of the 70cc SPORT Spanish house AIRSAL, the model that we call mono-segment sport, this kit is also available in luxury segment with piston bi-TECH home! This kit has certainly a cheap yet a good quality and present performance.  

In relation to the two-segment model, it will offer more high speed (it feels good especially with the exhaust bar has its + 5 admission transfers) but less durability and less torque, the piston of the other model is a luxury vertex a bi segment, it is therefore a low of less precise and solid range. The diagrams are low enough to will pay with a small standard configuration exhaust relaxation + 21mm carburetor. The finish is not at the top but it is very correct in the price.

The plunger is chrome mono-segment model bulging hard, it has side oiler and a little preparation on the transom to improve scan and an end segment of 1mm. The cylinder head is a high-compression chamber is incoming to have good alignment chamber / cylinder and a good performance head gaskets. The room is a polished hemispheric model. Clearly this cylinder is really a great value! It will certainly be less effective than MALOSSI MHR, BIDALOT, or Polini ... But there will already very good.

We recommend at least: 21mm carburetor with prepa boite a air + slices valves 0.30mm (original pipe, valves and original original diffuser flaps can be stored), exhaust racing, crankshaft and reinforced bearings, cold candle racing ... Attention, this cylinder has an exhaust Ø28mm output and is delivered without exhaust wedge to 25mm, if you have a muffler in Ø25mm you need a hold of exhaust.

Optional we offer a preparation course 1, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the charts and improvement of the duct, it increases the cylinder performance. Improved piston and bottom skirt is also included in the amendment. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
