As usual MALOSSI has made a powerful kit, solid, coupleux and very high end. This little monster will project your engine of 125cc or 200cc to 218cc real extreme performance. MALOSSI has for this thermal group found the perfect ratio race / diameter, this cylinder serras without problem supported by your crankshaft of origin. It is already running in competition and endurance is therefore to say if it is tested ... It is sold with its cylinder head high compression which will allow you to exploit all are potential thanks to are study of the valve enlarges to the maximum and the overcompression of it. It is also sold with are camshaft for maximum valve opening.

Cylinder
Material: aluminum alloy with a high content of tempered and tempered silicon, cylinder liner with application of silicon carbides in a galvanic nickel matrix and smoothing crossed by two diamond passages, with very strict tolerances.
Machining: CNC machine tools with high precision.
Cylinder-piston couplings with coupling tolerance of 0.05 mm.
Heat exchange surfaces recalculated and enlarged.
Piston
Extra compact with three segments.Material: special aluminum alloy with high silicon content at low thermal expansion with application of tin on the sliding walls.

Compression - special high sliding and very high mechanical resistance, made of chromed S10 spheroidal cast iron.
1st scraper segment - S10 spheroidal cast iron chromed.

Cylinder head
Cylinder head alloy gravity cast aluminum alloy, enhanced and sanded and worked on super precise CNC milling out of 1000.
Valve guide with recalculated profile, obtained by powder chemistry (steel, phosphorus, carbon, copper and manganese).
Valve seat made of alloy steel, cobalt, molybdenum and copper with special thermochemical treatment.
Intake valve increased to ø 25 made of special steel bonded by thermochemical treatment.
Exhaust valve increased to ø 22.2, material Nimonich 80 (nickel alloy, chromium, titanium and aluminum).
Intake and exhaust spring in pre-cured and stabilized chrome-silicon steel with recalculated load good for engine power increase.
