Here is a kit quite exceptional to the Italian house Parmak. Indeed, with its diameter of 50mm and 46mm stroke crankshaft, this kit offers no less than 90.32 cc actual torque and power! This model is for connecting rod 85mm (also available for 90mm rod). It incorporates an architecture based on the 110cc from the same brand. The 85mm rod offers more pre compression because the piston / cylinder 5mm find themselves closer to the lower motor due to the model rod 90mm.
Moreover, the way gas is shorter on the model that the model rod 85mm rod 90mm. However the model rod 90mm release slightly more high speed (less than forcing rod). This model unlike the 110cc does not require specific machining the cylinder to move the housings. It will however bring the housings which is a lot of work. This big bore recess must request a long race to speak ... this kit However d.50mm are also running short 39mm!
With the race scheduled for 46mm cylinder, it does not stray too far from the square said engine, which allows a couple of high speeds but also excellent! The cylinder has been worked very, 5 transfers for admission are now one for the back (we all know that behind the transfer is of almost qu'al'activation valves and scanning ...), the sides are the number 4 and they are very big plus on the front bottom like most racing cylinder super high mark.
Level exhaust Parmakis opted to boost exhaust is best suited to the torque of the beast, a big booster exhaust is very well drawn on the cylinder. The piston is a real vertex mono end segment (1 mm) to fully release the above scheme. It is a low domed piston crown. This is a cast piston weight of 113 grams (complete with pin / ring / clips). The cylinder head is also very well studied and has maintained excellent! Anyway ... We could spend hours talking about this cute monster that got us out big Parmakis, this kit was really neat to skirt cut-point for improving the filling ... The whole thing is really a set Quality, immaculate, great study. Just one small criticism, Ø 32mm exhaust output would have been well come (Following the example of aluminum 86cc TOP PERFORMANCE AIRSAL or the X-TREM) against Ø28mm here now!
This quibble will not stop the good preparer will know who to talk about this kit ... We also greatly appreciated the diagrams defined in relation al'ensemble, they are still much higher than the 90cc SIMONINI example.
We recommend this kit with: 46mm stroke crankshaft Parmakis pin 12mm rod 85mm, 28mm carburetor with minimum quality valves / pipe ... reinforced bearings, good cooling, prepare complete ignition performance, though stronger clutch, cold candle, racing exhaust ...
