The POLINI W aluminum kit is the only 70cc model on the market to have a W-shaped exhaust! Being manufactured at GILARDONI it goes without saying, this W will allow you to have the widest possible exhaust without risking the segment tearing.

This nykasil treated aluminum cylinder has a Ø47mm bore, it is very well finished, it has a revised admission, very worked and corrected like its big brother the POLINI evolution kit. This cylinder being in aluminum, with W exhaust and in single segment has more high speeds than the cast iron models like the POLINI Corsa, thanks to its diagrams lower than the evolution, it will offer you a lot of torque, it is therefore to be classified. between torque and power (nm / hp) compared to the corsa and to the evolution. This cylinder will also be an excellent base for the craziest preparers ...

With an evolution type architecture and a W exhaust, with good preparation, there is plenty of power to come out. The piston installed is a luxury ASSO model with a high silicon content and a single segment, this segment is a hard chrome domed model to allow the highest speeds. The cylinder head has been increased and redesigned like the cylinder for better cooling. The cylinder head is a high compression model with a polished hemispherical chamber.

We will have strongly appreciated that the cylinder head is passed in O-ring (against single aluminum gasket for the origin) this allows much more security on the sealing, the compression of the thermal group. A 0.30mm carbon valve blade is delivered in order to obtain better performance and more solidity with this kit. In short, this POLINI aluminum W kit provides an excellent power / torque and price ratio!

We recommend it with at least : 17.5mm carburetion, racing exhaust, reinforced crankshaft, reinforced bearings.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
