The G-Force kit mono fascia PINASCO is the racing model, better than the sports version bi segment. Its 47mm diameter offer a capacity of almost 70cc, the diagrams are based fairly high speeds, we could compare these cylinders with aluminum ATHENA racing, the resemblance is really present.

The cylinder is therefore a model reviewed and corrected level base, diagrams, channels are very well drawn, it is treated aluminum nickel-silicon (nykasil / galvanic postponement Gilnisil), high quality and really damaged the finish is perfect, he even turned at the joints plans! We have also noticed a well worked admission to make better filling of driving bottom, which is very important on an inlet on cylinder engine as your minarelli vertical.

In order not to slow down the run, promote high speed and recovery, PINASCO opted for a piston mono segment high-quality high silicon content, to reduce friction PINASCO opted for hard chrome domed end segment. The cylinder head is a model high compression, it is turned, the chamber is tapered, polished and designed specifically for the kit, it is also increased in order to promote cooling. This kit comes with strips of carbon valves racing to get the right diet (good resonant frequency) with this kit, it also increases reliability. This kit also comes with enhanced racing needle cage.

We highly appreciated that the kit has passed cylinder head O-ring mounts unlike dubious origin with aluminum seal. In short this kit serras an excellent power / strength / price, it is more comprehensive for a relatively low price. If you ever have in your mind a more torquey kit, you can simply go in the sports version by placing a two-piston segment, the G-Force settles above.

We advise to accompany this kit with at least: exhaust racing (the PINASCO is very suitable), reinforced crankshaft, reinforced bearings, carburation 19mm, cold candle racing, ignition unlock.

Optional we offer a preparation course 1, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the charts and improvement of the duct, it increases the cylinder performance. Improved piston and bottom skirt is also included in the amendment. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
