Description

Not homologated on public roads, only reserved for competition such as the MHR GP 80 and the super motorcycle trophy, the races for which this high engine was created.

 

Here is THE kit which made the reputation of MALOSSI at mécaboite level. The famous MALOSSI MHR TEAM which races in the CUP GP 80 MHR and SUPER MOTO MALOSSI trophy. This model is really special and reserved for an expert public, reserved for users who love quality, beautiful parts but above all extreme performance.

 

 

MALOSSI got everyone to agree by releasing one of the most powerful and torquey thermal groups on the market, all in standard 39mm stroke and with an original base…. (not even the need to align your housings). On this kit no enormous exhaust, extreme diagrams, gigantic transfers. Not fair, a heap of technicalities and extremely thorough studies!

 

 

This has been proven many times, this high engine can make you reach more than 20hp real (22hp at 12,000 revolutions per minute announced by MALOSSI MHR) with a quite breathtaking torque of 13kgm at 11,750 revolutions per minute. MALOSSI thanks to its design office, its technicians and its pilots have succeeded in really pushing the performance, the channels are very worked, each parameter is studied. We notice it directly, the cylinder has a boosters exhaust with a venturi perfectly designed for the rest of the MALOSSI MHR configuration namely MHR GP or SUPERMOTO exhaust and MALOSSI MHR round valve 26mm carburetion kit, the exhaust diagram is 190 °.

 

 

The nykasil is of very high quality, the intake diagrams are 129.5 °, the intake transfers are 5 in number. Remember that their shape is really perfect and the channels are identical. The cylinder head is a specific stud model, the assembly is therefore delivered with a set of 4 specific cylinder head studs and nuts.

 

 

The combustion chamber is a frustoconical model, the assembly offers a compression ratio of 1: 15.25 with a chamber volume of 5.40cm3 (squish recommended 0.50mm).

 

 

The piston is a top-of-the-range model with a high silicon content treated with a lug in the rear central passage… The high engine is delivered with a complete manual, a set of complete gasket with different thicknesses to make the squish… Clearly the most complete of the whole market!

 

 

We are far from the low-end small cylinders delivered naked in the cardboard box. Some would say that this cylinder is too expensive and that's it! The cnnaisseurs will simply say that it is the price to pay (special studs, nuts, very complete gaskets, a cylinder head cover,…. Studies on pushes that are paid.)

 

 

We recommend this kit with at least : reinforced crankshaft (the MALOSSI MHR is perfectly tuned and balanced to this kit), reinforced bearings recommended C3 clearance, racing exhaust (recommends MALOSSI MHR GP or SUPERMOTO 80), IW34 MHR spark plug, kit complete carburation MALOSSI with round bushel in Ø26mm, ignition according to the turns… PREMIUM, MHR or other…

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
