Here is unquestionably the best 70cc on the market, this 45.5mm diameter kit from the Italian company MALOSSI initially has the best alloy and nicasil on the whole market (although the POLINI , since 2022, also have an excellent NICASIL coating) . It is the cylinder that has the highest diagrams with the ATHENA (but the latter is no longer produced), its architecture has been worked on throughout its life (it has existed for 30 years already).

Its diameter of 45.5mm allows less to move away from the square race, this diameter offers 67.96cc real. The cylinder has a fairly wide normal exhaust and the duct is well studied / worked / venturized, the side transfers are two in number and relatively large, the rear transfers are three in number, 2 real +1 blind, this system blind offers an outstanding scavenging / filling ratio on the av10 engine!

Apart from this perfect architecture, the finish is also excellent, quality level needless to say that MALOSSI is number 1... They cast and treat their cylinders themselves in order to obtain an ever more advanced quality. The piston is a two-segment model hard chrome domed, these segments being domed have a reduced friction surface.

The piston has side grease nipples and a rear light to feed the blind transfer. In short, this kit is a connoisseur's kit, it will bring an excellent torque / power ratio and outstanding quality

We recommend this kit with : detent muffler, 19mm carburetor kit, reinforced crankshaft and bearings, crankcase preparation, cold spark plug, d.45.5mm or d.46mm cylinder head.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and the lower skirts is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!

Optional STAGE 2 preparation! We pass on diagrams of 188° at the exhaust and 127° at the admission which makes it a truly demonic cylinder! On specific request, an adaptation for RRD long stroke crankshafts can be made for the same price!
