Here is the best value for money 65cc aluminum kits market. This is the AIRSAL 65cc Ø46mm. This cylinder delivered without cylinder head cheap does not neglect the quality, this 46mm diameter is high-end aluminum. It has 5 transfers of admission and a exhaust with bar.Les diagrams are quite high at the level of the admission and quite low for the exhaust which makes it coupleux and not difficult to accompany or regulate. The piston is a mono-segment model with side grease nipples! Clearly this kit has a very good torque / power ratio, it offers a lot of performance while maintaining superb strength!
The piston is therefore the mono-segment model with hard chrome domed segment, it has side grease nipples and a slight preparation on the rear skirt to improve the sweeping. The finish is really on top. We advise you to align the transfers to the crankcases of the low engine.
We recommend to accompany this kit with: carburation 19mm (carbon valve strips 0.30mm or 0.35mm), crankshaft and reinforced bearings, racing exhaust, racing candle, ...

In option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder.
