The CORSA RACING version of POLINI 70cc cast iron kits for scooters with horizontal air-cooled engines (also available on many 50cc quads on the market)! This kit is an excellent engine, it has a cast iron cylinder has 5 transfers and oval exhaust reworked by hand at Polini.

 

 

Diagrams are more based on high speeds than the standard version! The piston is a reinforced model with a chrome segment and a standard. The breech has a hemispherical chamber polished finish. All this makes it an excellent kit to equip your machines, both coupleux, very solid but also very powerful at high speed.

 

 

It is one of the most powerful font of the market! It comes with a racing candle, a reinforced needle cage, hardware ...

 

We recommend accompanying it with reinforced crankshaft, 19mm carburetor, sport variator, sport exhaust.

 

Optionally, we offer a STAGE 1 preparation, this preparation includes a selection of the best part of our stock, a clear improvement of the shape and the exhaust diagram as well as a special retouching of the skirt and the piston according to our best tests. This preparation requires an additional delay of 2 to 10 days depending on our availability! It requires tools and about 1:30 working on this cylinder. The price is accordingly.
