Attention, this 50cc cylinder head piston cylinder kit is approved on the road in the sole measure where the machine (moped) on which it is mounted remains 100% original with original flange on the exhaust, ignition ... moped obviously no longer respects French legislation which is 45km / h maximum.
The black DR Racing kit is identical to the 50cc black TOP PERFORMANCES, it is very close to the origin. Its hemispherical high compression cylinder head makes it a more efficient kit than the original. It is road approved, same French road. Its MINACROM treated cast iron makes it very solid. We appreciated its piston with a chrome segment and its finish worthy of high-end cast iron! Its very well calculated compression ratio (1:12) makes it quite efficient despite the diagrams not much higher than the original. Its exhaust is also slightly more worked. Its displacement is 49.7cc (Ø40.3mm for 39mm stroke). It is the strongest 50cc kit on the market !! With such a price, good performance, increased strength and France approval, it is really perfect.
We recommend at least to accompany this kit : carburetion settings, expansion pot. (the cylinder head must be tightened to 1.6 ÷ 1.8 kgm)

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
