Here is the small high engine 50cc AIRSAL sport kit for DERBI euro 3 and 4 engine. Brand has a good reputation well known in the field, a very good quality / price ratio.



This model in diameter Ø39.9mm does not have (let's not hide it) extra ordinary performance compared to the original because the original cylinder is very good, in aluminum with booster exhaust and a stud cylinder head as well as better diagrams than on a cast iron am6 for example. It will certainly be more efficient because it has a very correct finish, work in the channels which are reviewed and corrected, a high compression cylinder head with incoming tapered chamber for good alignment, a bar exhaust ...



But above all, it is a good element to start afresh on a good basis. It is equipped with a single segment piston to allow more high speeds (reduction of friction). This piston also has side grease nipples. This high engine will therefore offer more performance especially at high speed, a good increase in power and top speed will be present!

We recommend to accompany this kit with at least : carburetion in 19 to 21mm with small preparation of the air box, racing exhaust, cold racing spark plug once properly adjusted, valve slats in 0.35mm.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder.
