Kit 50cc Ø40mm FURYTECH RS10 GT (10mm axle) in aluminum for vertical minarelli (booster rocket, bw's ...)

Already available from us, here is the latest kit from FURYTECH.

 

This 50cc kit is reserved for demanding users who want a high performance engine while remaining in the legal capacity of 50cc and preserving strength and torque!

 

The least we can say is that FURYTECH has not been idle!

They installed a new, more solid piston fitted with segments with a thickness of 0.8mm and convex to reduce friction as much as possible, two in number (two-segment) in order to preserve torque and strength.



The cylinder is in aluminum with a very high-end Nicasil treatment, the finish is excellent, for more performance, they have opted for a booster exhaust (in 3 parts).

The exhaust duct is obviously round and unbridled, 6 intake transfers are present to offer better sweeping and better feed your machine!

 

FURYTECH wanted to stay on a standard type intake, just widened in order to preserve solidity. We have often known on the cylinders very worked on the level of the admission of the breaks, seizures, pre-tightening on the back of the cylinder / piston especially on the vertical air MINARELLI engines which heat enormously.

This is also why big brands like MALOSSI still work with this type of admission.



You will not need to align the crankcases to the cylinder except for the rear transfer if desired.

Even at the level of the cylinder head, the evolution is present, the high compression chamber is frustoconical and in polished finish, the aluminum used is of good quality and allows a good heat exchange, you will appreciate especially as on all the models Premium for vertical O-ring tight fitting, FURYTECH also supplies you with a standard head gasket if your squish is too tight or you don't trust O-rings!



The cylinder also comes with 3 base gaskets to make the squish. To summarize, this cylinder also has in-between diagrams, which allows you power while preserving torque, with its thin two-segments, this allows on the one hand high speeds with less friction but preserves torque. , this cylinder is really a nice compromise which proves once again that FURYTECH = SERIEUSE & EVOLUTION BRAND.

 

We would just have liked to have a cylinder head which allows the assembly of a long base spark plug but shims exist at DOPPLER for the assembly.

-Racing exhaust

-Lighter dimmer settings

-Carburation from Ø19 to 21mm with racing valves

-Clutch which hangs later than the origin

-Cold racing candle short base or long base with DOPPLER wedge

-Reinforced crankshaft

-Rear transfer aligned with the crankcase if desired.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
