Here is the 70cc aluminum cylinder for SUZUKI RMX / SMX 50cc from ATHENA RACING. This kit being intended for the original cylinder head, it is delivered without. It is made of very high quality aluminum like all EUROCILINDRO ATHENA cylinders, very robust and high-end treatment, diameter Ø47mm.

Reviewed and corrected in its entirety, cooling and intake are much improved. The exhaust is oval and enlarged. It has 6 transfers with two lubrication channels at the admission level.

It comes with a very high quality vertex piston mounted hard chrome domed mono-segment to allow the highest speeds with side grease nipples improving engine sweeping and lubrication. It offers very good performance especially in terms of power! Its diagrams have a good power / torque ratio.

Delivered without cylinder head, this kit is accompanied by a flexible 21mm carburetor, with a Ø27mm diameter sleeve.

If you want to fit an even bigger carburetor, you would have to prepare the cylinder at the level of the diagrams, with a big preparation and an enlargement of the admission, Ø25mm will be the maximum to ask. This kit preserves a socket for depressions and separate lubrication. It is really ideal and inexpensive for such a high quality material. Obviously to support and use the kit well, you will need a reinforced crankshaft, a good expansion muffler, thicker slat valves in carbon or fiberglass ...

We recommend at least to accompany this kit: minimum 21mm carburetion, reinforced crankshaft and bearings, racing exhaust, cold racing spark plug, racing ignition ...

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
