VENTILVAR 2000 ventilated half pulley ideal for better cooling of your variation.
Mounts both on the MALOSSI multivar but also the ORIGINAL drive.
It is a fixed half-pulley worked with diamonds at the level of the positioning of the belt whose angle has been recalculated in order to subsequently increase the range of change.
This product completes the Multivar and makes it incomparable. Designed for the range of scooter variators, it therefore improves the working position of the transmission belt.
It is not a simple accessory but a very important part for the life of all the elements of the transmission. The temperatures, which occur in the casings where the variators work with V-belts, in the critical moments are extreme and sometimes the transmission belt and the rollers can suffer irreparable damage. There are cases where the rollers could even reach the melting point.
VENTILVAR from MALOSSI , among other advantages, has a greater cooling capacity than the original pulley, a result that makes it essential for safe and sporty driving.
