The MALOSSI MULTIVAR variator is a very widespread variator on the market, this variator while being at a very low price has good performance and has excellent wear resistance. This variator comes with a set of lightweight rollers, these rollers will suit a small setup and they will certainly need to be changed to really use your setup whether it's torquey or powerful. And it will greatly increase the performance of your original PEUGEOT 103! The roller system has nothing to do with the origin and it will allow you to preserve the clutch as we said. The roller bearing plate is the 80/70 model, this plate is a racing model which will give you the power range of 9,000 rpm with a good mainspring and the rollers supplied. The barrel is a reinforced treated model, it is also studied in the length and its diameter. The alloy used for the mobile cheek is excellent, it is a fairly heavy but ultra-resistant mass treatment and it allows low wear of the cheeks.
